Sound Therapy
With our ‘sound therapy’ cd’s we are helping putting the mind and body in a relaxed state without having to take pills or other modalities. Each of our cd’s are formulated to be able to help with the body and mind in de-stressing, and helping with sleep issues. Used in conjunction with our light therapy products we believe that they enhance the entire wellness experience. 
Each Cd is composed at a tempo that is consistent with the heart at a relaxed state which takes the listener to the “zone” effortlessly!!
