The medicine, while it stemmed the pain, made the rest of her quite miserable as it affected her in many other ways: mental fogginess, toxicity, inability to drive, etc. I offered her my supernova to see if it would help. She started experiencing less pain, and weened herself off of the narcotics and found she was still pain free. She hesitantly offered to give back the supernova, but I encouraged her to continue using it. I was so happy she was pain free for the first time in months, and the smile back on her face and a twinkle in her eye! Now I am hoping she can avoid the surgery they said she would "need". I would love to hear other testimonials about light-sound therapy, as I want to use as many applications as I can in this wonderful drug free method of health care. The surgeon said it was 40% torn this time & 30% last time & I needed surgery again.After being told it would be 1-1.5 yrs recovery I asked what my options were.He suggested therapy since I told him I was a 61 yr.old logger who worked 7 days per week in the woods with chain saws & I had 6 months till I got back to work. I stretched, used muscle activation, physical therapy, hydro therapy, and the gym with light weights under a trainer for six months while using light for therapy 3-4 hrs.per day for the six months & during my working six months. I did not have surgery, I can work 7 days per week, I can sleep relatively pain free. My shoulder can do all the work I need to do as long as I don't lift heavy above the shoulders or do impossible tasks. While I would not give up PT,Dr's,range of motion stretching,or the gym,I testify that the light force therapy was an equal part of the healing. I continue to use it every day on not just my shoulder but also what I thought was the start of a hernia.The pain went away. I won't be without light force and am ordering a second one as well. The tumor was coming through the skin. She went to the Dana Farbar Oncologist Center and is a patient of a Harvard trained MD who is also a Prof at Harvard. The doctor suggested surgery with follow up chemo twice a week for 12 weeks. The patient refused this treatment. Dr then prescribed Ramidolex (?) a prescription drug. Patient took this but the side effects made her "crazy' and 'irritable' and the dry mouth was causing other problems. Her chiropractor loaned her his NOVA light therapy machine to handle the pain and discomfort, esp to help the skin wound where it was bruised and inflammatory, which it is FDA approved for. She used the NOVA starting in January--on Full Cycle and on and off all night long and also during the day. Of her own accord she decided to stop taking the prescription drug as there were no positive results from its use up to that point. After about 2 months using the NOVA she was tested and the tumor measured. It had shrunk by 30%. After another two months, the tumor had shrunk another 30% and was pulling away from the skin which was now pink and normal. After another two months, the tumor had shrunk another 20%.....80% smaller in 6 months and the skin condition back to normal. She will continue to monitor and diagnose her condition medically. Her quality of life has gone back to full swing with no pain, zumba, palates, and working seven days a week with the public. I'm guessing she's in her late 50's. Her diet is healthy and positive for immune system rebuilding. Her attitude is very upbeat. We will keep in touch with her for any future developments, whether positive or negative. I ended up having the surgery because the cyst was shocking the tendons ( I have 4 tendons where I was supposed to have only one), but the excruciating pain in the nerves that wouldn’t let me sleep for many months, was gone a week after I started using the light. Everybody told me that the surgery was very painful because of the pain in the nerves, and that pain would continue even after the surgery, but in my case, the pain was located to only half an inch in diameter around the cyst thanks to the Light Therapy. Surgery was 100% painless and I am not exaggerating. I was fine hours after the surgery. I started to use the Light Therapy a week after the operation again and begun using it on my other hand where the pain had already started and it took it COMPLETELY away in a couple of weeks.
